Zelle Payments - FAQ

 

Emerson College Zelle Payments

 

- Why am I receiving this payment?

A: You are receiving this payment because you have provided a service to Emerson
College.

- How do I accept my payment?

A: You will receive an e-mail from PayChoice in which you will need to verify your e-mail
and zip code that Emerson College has on file from your onboarding/information update
process.

- How long do I have to accept my payment?

A: You have up to 14 days to accept your payment before the payment expires. Once
expired you will need to e-mail SupplierPayments@emerson.edu to have this payment
reissued.

- How many log-in attempts do I have before my payment is declined?

A: You have five attempts before your payment is declined in which you will need to e-
mail SupplierPayments@emerson.edu to reissue the payment.

- How do I update or confirm my information?

A: You can update or view your information through the PaymentWorks supplier portal
or e-mail SupplierPayments@emerson.edu.

- Who should I contact for any questions?

A: You can e-mail SupplierPayments@emerson.edu regarding any questions you may
have.

- How do I know if I'm registered to Zelle?

A: You can reach out to your bank to first confirm if they accept Zelle and if you have

Zelle registered to your account.
